In 2015 I was diagnosed with Diabetes Type 2 with an A1c of 11.4 and started the overwhelming journey to be sugar free, blood sugar free that is (not completely sugar free of course, remember 5 to drive, that's 90 for my American friends). My endocrinologist said " you don't have it anymore, STOP the insulin therapy" It's been a journey and a half! Researching, trying different things, playing with diets, reading, reading, reading, doctors visits, more doctors, more experts, a gym membership (not particularly well used). Skype calls, podcasts, many amazon deliveries. But I found what worked for me and didn't work for me. It's been a maze and now it's aMAZEing.
