It’s Christmas, I have visions of sugar plums or should I say shortbreads, plum pudding with butter toffee sauce and homemade fudge…ah! the old days, when for a moment of taste bud delight I crashed and got hangry.
It’s hard to imagine not indulging over the holidays and I don’t think you need to beat yourself up over a shortbread or two. I love stuffing and mashed potatoes, so portion control is the order of the day.
Instead of 1/4 of my plate mashed potatoes and another 1/4 stuffing both covered in gravy, it’s 1/8th each with a hint of gravy, 1/4 brussel sprouts with butter and bacon and 1/2 turkey. Followed by a thin slice of sugarless chocolate almond torte! To all my fellow dietBEATez plan followers, have a very Merry Christmas and a HEALTHY New Year.
And remember dark chocolate is actually good for you!!!

Christmas and New Year eve is the eating month. Most of people gain weight in this month. Just need to aware in eating. Be HEALTHY New Year.
Thanks
